    • Onsite contact for your vendors and guests, should any issues arise

    Our team will deconstruct and pack away everything in a timely and efficient manner, leaving your venue as you found it. Enjoy your honeymoon without worrying about the clean-up!

concierge

    • Coordinate with caterers to meet the brunch/lunch requirements of the wedding party and ensure everyone is fed throughout the day.

    • Create a hair and makeup appointment run sheet and ensure timely execution of hair and makeup appointments. No late brides here!

    • Distribute flowers to the wedding party and family, including bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and flower petals.

    • Create a photolist and coordinate photos alongside the photographer and assist in coordinating the photography sessions.

    • Prepare and style accessories for the photographer to capture.

    • Coordinate any last-minute errands

    • Manage transportation needs throughout the day and communicate with the drivers.

    • Accompanied the bridal party to the location photoshoot after the ceremony, providing assistance such as holding jackets, water bottles, and bags.

    • Offer snacks and drinks as needed during the photo shoot.

    • Assist with any music-related requirements.

    • Attend to the needs of the bridal party as necessary.

      *This service covers up to 8 hours and can be customized to suit your cultural preferences or traditions I.E. Chinese Tea Ceremonies*
